Fresh Faced + Giveaway

This time last year I was over stressing about turning 30 - this year I'm completely loving being in my thirties and I'm embracing this period of my life. This year I turn up the notch on my skin care (see my post here) and it's had such an impact on my confidence and I have started to reduce the amount of makeup I wear.

One of my key looks at the moment is concealer, mineral blusher, mascara and lipstick, which, may seem a lot to some but for I have dropped a lot from my daily makeup routine. I no longer feel the need to cover up as much and it makes getting ready in the morning so much quicker!

One product (or two technically) I have been loving is a lip duo the Code Lip liner and the Code Lip Plumper this pair is the perfect match for fuller lips and has the most gorgeous colour. The CODE SSL smooth lip liner is a fantastic neutral colour that would go with everything in your make up bag. It’s more of a crayon texture rather than a pencil and has really good staying power. What I really like about this product is with just one turn of the lid, the lip liner has magically been sharpened! It's great! No rummaging around for a sharpener or never having that perfect point - CODE has really won me over with this little added feature.

This CODE lip gloss has a slight tingle when you first put it on, hardly noticeable.at all. It leaves your lips really moisturised which I think really helps to make them look fuller and the gloss lasts well without being sticky. It is designed so that the more you use it, the more your lips will gradually look fuller.
