When Muddy Puddles got in contact with me and offered to send Darcie one of their Puddle Pac-a-Mac's I was thrilled. We're a family that adores to get out and about and explore the countryside that's on our doorstep and further afield, so I knew this could be the perfect product for us.
We all know just how unpredictable the British weather can be. Glorious sunshine one moment and then a huge downpour the next. The Puddle Pac-a-Mac will handle it all. It's super lightweight which is perfect for summer and won't make your little ones too hot and uncomfortable. Plus it can be easily folded into its own pocket so can easily be stored away in your bag without taking up much room. As well as this, they're wipe clean so will keep looking beautiful even if your children decide to go in the muddiest of puddles.
We recently went away to LegoLand Windsor and our Puddle Pac-a-Mac became our theme park essential. Of course there were numerous water rides that Darcie insisted we just had to go on. A reluctant mummy agreed, I mean, how could I have said no to the birthday girl? So on we went, and soaked we got. Well mummy did anyway as I wasn't wearing a pac-a-mac! Darcie stayed completely dry. The pac-a-mac is completely water proof, and all of the seems are taped and sealed, ensuring your little ones are going to stay completely dry even in the biggest of downpours. After the ride it dried super quickly so we could pop it in the rucksack whilst exploring the rest of the park.
The Puddle Pac-a-Mac comes in a range of unisex colours, we decided on the navy strips, a more grown up feel for my big four year old. All of the designs are £20 although they're currently two for £30 which is great if you have more than one child or fancy buying a bigger size for a later date.
These coats are an absolute must for children. Compact, light and of fantastic quality these are the perfect item that will come to save the day on a rainy day.
